The plan depicts a driveway leading from the separate garage that encroaches upon 2490 Casco Point Road. An <br /> easement should be developed for this encroachment. <br /> 2. The plan depicts several retaining walls. The City Survey standards require retaining waBls top of wall and <br /> bottom of wall eievations to be called out (Survey requirement#23). Walls greater than 4' in height must be <br /> designed by a licensed professional, and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of <br /> the permit. <br /> 3. Care must be taken during the execution of the grading plan to make sure that surface and hardcover runoff are <br /> not directed down the driveway and then onto neighboring properties of the city road. <br /> 4. City Utilities (Sewer and Water) are not depicted (as built attached for contractor and surveyors <br /> reference). There is a sewer line and a manhole in the vicinity of where the proposed driveway from the <br /> separate garage is depicted. <br /> 5. Plan depicts a square structure labeled CW new the new main driveway.
