Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require submittal <br /> of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City <br /> for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally this escrow will guarantee <br /> conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. The required escrow <br /> amount for this project is$2,500. We currently hold a$700 escrow conjunction with the in-kind replacement <br /> of the boat house. Please have the property owner sign the enclosed updated escrow agreement combining <br /> both projects and submit a check for$1,800 at their earliest convenience.
