(Chip Truwit) They recently submitted a building permit application; <br /> we will require copies of MCWD permits. <br /> Also, I'd like to discuss coordination of escrow securities with you. Our engineer is recommending that we collect $5000 <br /> escrow for erosion control purposes (instead of our $2500 minimum).
