Registered <br /> Property as evidenced by Certificate of Title No. 645075, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> (hereinafter"the Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Charles L. Truwit and Paula J. Picard, a married couple <br /> (hereinafter the "Applicants") have an interest in the Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicants have made application to the City for variances to <br /> Orono Code Section 78-305(b) to construct a replacement residence on a lot with an area of <br /> 0.63 acres and a defined width of 0 feet when 2.0 acres and 200 feet of width are required; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Appiicants have made application to the City for variances to <br /> Orono Code Section 78-305(b) to construct a replacement residence on the Property with a <br /> side setback of 5 feet when a 30 foot setback is required; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Appficants have made application to the City for a variance to <br /> Orono Code Section 78-1279 to construct a replacement residence on the Property with a <br /> lake setback of 10 feet when a 75 foot setback is required; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicants have made application to the City for a variance to <br /> Orono Code Section 78-1288 to construct a rep{acement residence on the Property with <br /> 9,619 square feet or 36% hardcover in the 0 to 75 foot zone when no hardcover is allowed; <br /> and <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
