We <br /> recommend driving at least one test pile at the start of pile driving. We recommend the Pile <br /> Driving Analyzer be used to aid in establishing driving criteria. We also recommend a technician <br /> familiar with pile driving be on site during the installation of the remaining piles. <br /> If helical piers aze utilized, we recommend that one helical pier be load tested and we <br /> recommend observation of the helical pier installation to record installed depths and torque. <br /> 7.4 Precondition Survey and Vibration Monitoring <br /> Based on the proximity of the neighboring home, we recommend a preconstruction condition � <br /> survey of this adjacent structure in addition to vibration monitoring during pile driving <br /> operations. <br /> S.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Within the limitations of scope, budget, and schedule, our services have been conducted <br /> according to generally accepted geotechnical engineering practices at this time and location. <br /> Other than this,no warranty, either expressed or implied, is intended. <br /> Important information regarding risk management and proper use of this report is given in <br /> Appendix B entitled "Geotechnical Report Limitations and Guidelines for Use". <br /> Page 10 of 10 <br />
