Robert Lapinski, 2948 Casco Point Road <br />P.I.D. 20- 117 -23 31 00136. Mr. Lapinski stated he had <br />lakeshore on a cove not on a bay and felt the valuation was <br />too high. He also stated he felt there was something wrong <br />with the "system ". Mr. Wilde state that this property was <br />not able to be reviewed before the Board's meeting. Council <br />directed the Assessor review this property. <br />23. Elmer Martenson, 2799 Pheasant Road <br />P.I.D. 21- 117 -23 32 0003. Mr. Martenson had requested a <br />revaluation prior to the Board's meeting but the Assessor <br />was unable to complete this review. Council directed the <br />Assessor to review this property. <br />24. J. Paul Henry, 4725 North Shore Drive <br />P.I.D. 07- 117 -23 32 0017. Mr. Henry requested a <br />revaluation of his property. Council directed the Assessor <br />to review this property. <br />25. Gale Putnam, 1365 Tonkawa Road <br />• P.I.D. 08- 117 -23 42 0004. Mr. Putnam stated his market <br />value has been increased $20,000 over the 1987 value. He <br />had requested a revaluation and the Assessor had made no <br />changes. He felt his neighbors homes were not valued as <br />high as his. Mr. Erickson stated he had reviewed the <br />property and had depreciated it because of the marina across <br />the street. Council directed the Assessor to review this <br />property. <br />26. Jim Powers, 2475 Dunwoody Avenue <br />P.I.D. 20- 117 -23 22 0014. Mr. Powers stated he had <br />requested a revaluation and had not received the result of <br />this revaluation. Rita Guderian stated she had done the <br />revaluation of the property. She stated one parcel had <br />stayed the same and one parcel had been lowered. Mr. Powers <br />asked if a high lakeshore bank was taken into consideration <br />on land value. Mr. Erickson stated this was taken into <br />consideration. <br />27. Frances Setterlund, 4415 North Shore Drive <br />P.I.D. 07- 117 -23 43 0016. Mrs. Setterlund stated she had <br />requested a revaluation. Rita Guderian stated she was <br />unable to contact Mrs. Setterlund today for the inspection. <br />Council directed the Assessor to review this property. <br />• 28. R. W. Carlson, 2080 Shadywood Road - <br />P.I.D. 17- 117 -23 31 0016. Mr. Carlson stated his <br />valuation had increased 23 %.
