The <br /> initial building plans submitted were not showing an "in-kind" replacement. On 8-1-2016 we received revised building <br /> plans and an updated survey. The MCWD has informed us this project does not trigger their permitting requirements. <br /> Adam,you will find a copy of the survey and building plans in your inbox. The survey doesn't show any erosion control <br /> measures.
