The also noted erosion <br /> control measures should be reinstalled and maintained until vegetation has been established. I've copied the MCWD on <br /> this email for their follow-up. (MCWD permit#15-032) <br /> Also, even though the demolition permit escrow was paid by the demolition contractor,JS Stewart Companies, per the <br /> agreement and City policy the escrow funds will be refunded to you, the property owner of record. I will start the <br /> escrow refund process.
