MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JANUARY 11, 1988 <br />�43 CURTISS CONTINUED <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Callahan, to adopt Resolution #2342 subject to: <br />1. Reduce the height of fence to 3 -1/21, portions <br />located within road right -of -way to remain. <br />•2. Modifications to fence be completed by April 1, <br />1988. <br />3. Waive the requirement for a building permit for <br />the existing fence. <br />4. Granting a hold harmless agreement for portion of <br />fence left within City right -of -way. <br />Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />. 11204 HILBELINR/VOGT <br />320 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD <br />CLASS III SUBDIVISION <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />RESOLUTION #2343 <br />Mike Hilbelink and John Vogt were present for this <br />matter. <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained the request for <br />a plat,of 11 lots served by two private roads providing <br />future access outlots to the existing platted east and <br />southern access corridors at the borders of the <br />• property. Planning Commission recommended a slight <br />realignment of the road in order to open up the building <br />envelope of Lot 6 which applicants have done. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth explained that staff <br />recommends realigning the lot lines between Lots 5, 6 & 7 <br />to conform more with existing physical amenities on the <br />site that define "real" yard areas for the three lobs. <br />Mr. Hilbelink and Mr. Vogt felt there would not be a <br />problem with this realignment. They also requested that <br />the existing farmhouse be allowed the temporary use of <br />the existing driveway access onto Old Crystal Bay Road <br />until December 31, 1988. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Callahan, seconded by <br />Mayor Grabek, to adopt Resolution #2343 subject to staff <br />recommendation to realign lot line between Lots 5, 6 & 7 <br />and allowing the temporary use of existing driveway onto <br />Old Crystal Bay Road by the existing farmhouse for one <br />year. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />5 <br />
