MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JANUARY 11, 1988 <br />�ARDOUS BUILDING PROCEEDINGS CONTINUED <br />3405. Livingston Avenue - Single Family Dwelling - <br />Deteriorated condition <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained that there <br />are no occupants currently living in this <br />substantially deteriorated single family dwelling. <br />Staff has not be able to locate the owners, <br />therefore, recommends initiating the hazardous <br />building action and publish the hazardous building <br />action to serve as legal notification. <br />It was mov'e,d by Mayor Grabek, seconded by <br />Councilmember Sime, to adopt Resolution #2354 <br />ordering abatement of Hazardous Building Action at <br />3405 Livingston Avenue. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />BALDUR PARR ROAD <br />City Administrator Bernhardson presented the issue of <br />determining City policy regarding private access over <br />public right -of -way as an information item at this time. <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by . <br />Councilmember Peterson, that the Council table the <br />matter'until its February 8, 1988 meeting at which time <br />Council will give staff general direction in <br />relationship to this issue. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />IRSTONRA RECREATION FACILITY PLANNING <br />City Administrator Bernhardson reported on the meeting <br />regarding the Westonka Recreational Facilities Master <br />Planning. It was suggested that the Cities monitor this <br />planning process. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson, that the City Council accept the information <br />regarding Westonka's master plan and that it appoint <br />John Gerhardson as the liaison to the committee and <br />encourage the District to do a joint plan effort with <br />the Orono District. Motion, Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />1988 BOARD OF REVIEW <br />City Administrator Bernhardson explained that_ the <br />originally scheduled March 22nd Board of Review date <br />must be rescheduled to a date after April 1st. April 27 <br />or April 28 is the recommended date for the 1988 Board <br />of Review. <br />• <br />Council was agreeable with either date and directed City <br />Administrator Bernhardson to coordinate and schedule the <br />1988 Board of Review for Wednesday, April 27, 1988 OR <br />Thursday, April 28, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. <br />12 <br />
