Same as (a) through (f) to Alternative 1 <br />except for $20,200 saving. <br />b. There 'is not adequate distance to slope up <br />from the lake down to the walkout and provide a 10' to <br />15' yard area in front of walkout. <br />c. Does this represent "compromise for compromise <br />sake" without addressing merits of alternate, more <br />preferable, drainage solutions? <br />d. Design advantages (visual, aesthetic, etc.) <br />are effectively.lost to Waters'. <br />e. Increased grading cost for overflow grading on <br />Dennis' property-with 18" pipe of $1,000 to $3,000 and <br />easements must be obtained. <br />
