Orono,MN 55323-0066 Re: St. Edwazds Church Dear Mr. Gappa: This letter is in response to your letter of September 1, 1999 requesting both a SAC detemunation and permission to have wastewater services provided to St. Edwards Church. It has been determined that 5 SAC units would be assigned to the Church at the time a connection permit is issued to connect the Church to the sanitary sewer. This determination was made as follows: Charges: SAC units Sanctuary 200 seats @ 275 seats per SAC unit 0.73 Fellowship 2992 sq. ft. @ 825 sq. ft. per SAC unit 3.63 Classroom 552 sq. ft. @ 30sq. ft. per student @ 35 students per SAC unit 0.33 Office 280 sq. ft. @ 2400 sq. ft. per SAC unit 0.12 Total 4.81 or 5 It has been determined that providing wastewater sewer service to the Church via the trunk sewer located within the City of Plymouth can not be considered to be part of the 50 Rec's that were approved in 1996. It will be necessary for the City to formally amend their comprehensive plan to service this area as proposed. If the City of Plymouth has no objection to providing this service staff does not anticipate that the approval can't be made in a timely manner.
