Council approval is based on the site plans suUmitted by the applicant and <br /> aiu�otated by City staff, attached to this Resolution as Exllibit B. Any <br /> amendnients to the site plan which are not ii1 conformity with City codes will <br /> require furtller Planning Commission and City Council review, <br /> 2. Any additional lighting beyond that required by the Building Code will require <br /> approval of a separate conditional use pennit. <br /> �, BL111CI111� peimits are required prior to commencement of all of the aspects of the <br /> proj ect. <br /> 4. Prior to issuance of a buildin� pern7it of the �adin� portion of the project the <br /> applicant witl provide the City �vith a Developer's Agreement in lieu of a Letter <br /> of Credit for the improvements. <br /> 5.
