MINUTES OF TF TIEGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD JULY 27, 1987 <br />GREG PERL CONTINiJED <br />Staff felt it this was the case, Mr. Perl may no longer <br />need a Home Occupation License. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Sime, to withdraw the Home Occupation License <br />application, return the fee paid by applicant, and <br />citations will be issued if any further complaints are <br />received. Further, staff will monitor the situation and <br />if no violation occur within 3 months, the pending legal <br />charges against applicant will be dropped. Motion, Ayes <br />5, Nays 0. <br />815 FOREST ARMS LANE* <br />DOCK INSTALLATION <br />RESOLUTION #2236 <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to adopt Resolution #2236 <br />Approving a Building Permit Application for Mike & Mary <br />McElligott to Construct a Dock on Lot 2, Block 2 Forest <br />Arms. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />#1167 LEN BACHKES* <br />1813 CASCO POINT ROAD <br />.ENEWAL OF VARIANCES <br />RESOLOTION #2237 <br />It was moved by 'Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember•Goetten, to adopt Resolution #2237 <br />approving renewal of variances previously approved in <br />Resolution #2007. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />MAYOR'S REPORT: <br />Mayor Grabek had no report. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />CITY FACILITIES STUDY <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson, to table this matter until the August 10, 1987 <br />Council meeting. Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICE EXTENSION - LONG LAKE <br />City Administrator Bernhardson reviewed the issue of <br />determining whether the City desires to extend its <br />Animal. Control Service to the City of Long Lake. <br />It was moved by Mayor Grabek, seconded by Councilmember <br />Sime, that Council discuss further modifications in the <br />program and once modified that they be used as an <br />interim program for the balance of 1987. Motion, Ayes <br />5, Nays 0. <br />11 <br />
