•� MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING HELD MAY 11, 1987 <br />ADMINISTRATOR'S INFORMATION CONTINUED <br />- Regarding the 200 Hollander Road issue, Councilmember <br />Callahan recommended that staff continue to aim for a <br />June court date to resolve this matter. <br />Council accepted City Administrator Bernhardson's <br />information report regarding: 200 Hollander Road, Long <br />Lkae Sewer Plant Property, Metro Waste Interceptor, 1929 <br />Fagerness Point, Minnesota Cities Managers Association <br />Conference, and Orono Spring Clean Up. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />City Attorney Barrett request the Council enter into <br />Executive Session at this time. <br />LICENSES* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to approve the following <br />licenses: <br />Residential Kennel License - <br />Wayne & Gayle Carrier, 1276 North Arm Drive <br />Septic System Installer - <br />Don's Backhoe & Exc. <br />Garbage & Refuse Collector's License - <br />Blackowiak & Son <br />East Tonka Sanitation <br />Solicitor's License - <br />Fabian Seafood, Tom Fabian <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />BILLS* <br />It was moved by Councilmember Sime, seconded by <br />Councilmember Goetten, to approve payment of the All <br />Funds Accounts.
