The survey submitted dated <br /> 7-24-2014 showing the proposed deck and stair addition does not reflect an updated revision date and does not show <br /> the existing addition (copy attached). I would have to assume the addition was constructed based on the completed <br /> inspections reflected in our permitting software. <br /> Also, the survey shows a distance of 15'to the edge of the house and the deck plans reflect 13' (copy attached), please <br /> provide clarification.
