Also, the as-built survey shows a retaining wall, <br /> yet the attached picture indicates the wall is being removed or re-constructed. <br /> After all exterior improvements have been completed and the site is established with vegetation (sod or if seeded at <br /> least 75% has germinated and is growing)contact me for a follow-up inspection.
