Draft PC Minutes 02/21/12 <br /> Background <br /> This application was tabled at February's Planning Commission meeting in order to resolve some <br /> inconsistencies between the survey, the hardcover calculations, floodplain impacts and wetland <br /> boundaries.The applicant has provided clarification and updated plans and surveys for the Planning <br /> Commission's review. <br /> The applicant has provided a buffer planting and landscape plan for the rear of the lot and along <br /> Ferndale Road.They are also proposing to remove all fencing as indicated at the February meeting. <br /> As a result of the revised information the applicant is now requesting the following approvals in <br /> order to construct a new residence on the property: <br /> 1. A lakeshore setback variance to allow a 47' setback from the lake for the proposed home <br /> where a 75' setback is required. No change from the previous plan. <br />
