Prior to the issuance of the building permit a landscape plan must be submitted showing all the <br /> proposed exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios,grading, sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. The plan should include the <br /> name of the individual performing the work. Any proposed patios,grading,sidewalks, retaining walls shown on the landscape <br /> plan should also be reflected on the survey.
