The boundaiy was reviewed in the field on November 1, <br /> 2011 by Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)staff. • <br /> Two wetlands were identified on the property(Basin 1 and Basin 2). Basin 1 was determined to be a. <br /> Type 2 wet ineadow and Basin 2 was determined to be a Type 2/6 wet meadow/shrub swamp. • <br /> A No-Loss decision has also been made because satisfactoiy documentation has been submitted <br /> demonstrating that Basin 2 is an incidental wetland and therefore outside the scope of the Wetland <br /> Conservation Act. The docutnentation suppoi�ts the finding that the consiruction of Wolvei�ton Place <br /> . likely created a drainage impoundment that has since developed wetland.characteristics in the area <br /> identified as Basin B in the delineation report.
