This was a Routine On Site Determination and the results reflect <br /> the conditions present at the t+me of the delineation. ` <br /> If any wetland impacts are planned for this project, permits would be necessary from the LGU (City of <br /> Orono) and other agencies. A construction approval form signed by the LGU needs to be with a <br /> contractor impacting any wetlands to avoid a violation as presented in Appendix E. <br /> I certify that I reviewed the field anafysis and wrote the report for this wetland delineation.
