Basic Conservation Design Master Plan requirements and evaluation criteria. <br /> The developer shall prepare a Conservation Design Master Plan for development of the <br /> property, consisting of written and visual documentation including maps in an acceptable <br /> , electronic format, addressing the following topics: <br /> (1) Consideration of the existing drainage system; The exist.
