Rural Oasis Study <br /> If the property exists adjacent to a documented corridor in the Rural Oasis Study, <br /> review and respond to the existing aesthetic and ecological analysis. NA <br /> If the properly is not adjacent to a documented corridor in the Rural Oasis Study, <br /> developer shall have a qualified consultant prepare a similar analysis and submit it <br /> to the city for review.This analysis shall include the documentation of: . <br /> a. views, : � <br /> b. corridor enclosure, � <br /> c. and landmarks through a plan analysis and photographs. NA <br /> Deve%per shall be charged a standa�d fee established in the city fee schedule to <br /> cover the expenses of the city in hiring a consultant to review the eco%gical site � <br /> analysis submitted by the deve%per. <br /> 3. Natural Resource Inventory. <br /> .Include all of the following elements: <br /> a. Review and dacument the MLCCS data pertinent to the site. * <br /> b. Tree survey <br /> Indude all significant individual trees greater than six feet diameter, and ** <br /> stands of trees, identifying tree species and size. <br /> c. Wetland inventory and Wetland Buffer � *** <br /> Include delineation re orts. <br /> d. Topographic survey NA <br /> Include existing drainage patterns. — <br /> e. Site Analysis <br /> .
