(JE) visited the above referenced site to perform a official <br /> wetland delineation in accordance with the 1987 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Defineation <br /> Manual and the 2008 Regional Supplement to the Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation: Midwest <br /> Region. <br /> Adjacent site land use includes residential, wetlands, woodlands, and farmlands consisting of plants and <br /> trees typical of a rural residential area. This parcel is a combination of a residential lot(Figure 2)with <br /> woodlands, and wetlands north of Wolferton Place. Figure 1 is a site location map of the property. All <br /> figures referenced by this report are presented at the end of the text.
