Storage of materials which produce smoke,noise, glare,vibration, odors, <br /> fumes, dust, electrical interference, general unsightliness, or other nuisances <br /> as defined by Orono City Code shall be prohibited. <br /> 7. Storage bays shall not be used to manufacture, fabricate, or process goods, <br /> to service or repair vehicles, small engines or electrical equipment, or <br /> conduct similar repair activities, to conduct garage sales or retail sales of <br /> any kind, or to conduct any other commercial or industrial activity on the <br /> site. <br /> 8. Individual storage bays or private postal boxes within a self-service storage <br /> facility use shall not be considered premises for the purpose of assigning a <br /> legal address. <br /> 9. All open outdoor storage shall be on wheels (e.g. within a vehicle, a trailer, <br /> or other easily transportable device). <br /> 10. Access deemed acceptable to the fire chief shall be provided at all times for <br /> emergency vehicles. <br /> , 11.
