� T PC Exhibit E <br /> _ � O� <br /> O O <br /> '- � CITY of ORONO <br /> � <br /> � , � <br /> .,. � ti <br /> �'� G'�' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL � <br /> �`�kEsKO�'� rvo. 5 5 1 1 � <br /> A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES <br /> TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br /> SECTION 78-420 SUBDIVISION B <br /> FILE NO. 06-3204 <br /> - WHEREAS, Chad Lindblooin and Julie Lindbloom, husband and wife <br /> (hereinafter "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 2690 Rainey Road within <br /> the City of Orono (hereinafter tlie"City") and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 3, Block 2, Trees To Be, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter the <br /> "property"); and <br /> . WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-420 (B) to allow a side street setback of <br /> 10' where 50' is normally required in order to construct an attached garage, home addition and <br /> detached garage; and <br /> WFiEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono for a <br /> variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1435 to allow an accessory building to be <br /> constructed between the side street lot line and the principal structure where an accessory <br /> building must not be streetward of the principal building. - <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File 06-3204. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B, Zoning District which requires a minimum <br /> lot area of 2.0 acres and a minimum lot width of 200'. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission reviewed this application at a public hearing held on <br /> June 19, 2006 and recommended denial of the variances as requested. <br /> � 4. The City Council has considered this application including the following findings <br /> and recommendation of the Planning .Commission, reports by City staff, <br /> Pa�e 1 of 5 <br />
