Staff <br /> � recommends denial of the rear, street setback variance for the garage at a 15 foot setback. The <br /> hardcover and plans should be revised to reflect a 30 foot long driveway and a small, adequate <br /> turnaround priorto placement on a City Council agenda. <br />
