<br /> M. Tn accordance with 1V�innesota Statutes SQSA2, the final placement of iron
<br /> monuments for all lot corners must be completed before the applicable security is released. The
<br /> Developer's surveyor shall also submit a written notice to the City certifying that the rnonuments
<br /> ha.ve been installed. '
<br /> 22. NOTICES. Required notices to the Developer sha11 be in wrifing, and shall be
<br /> either hand delivered to the Developer, its employees or agents, or ma.iled to the Developer by
