Public Trail along Wayzafia Boulevard{P.aid for by <br /> Developer as part of the park dedication) <br /> _ The Public Improvements shall be installed in accordance with the City Ord'uaances, City <br /> sfandard specifications for utilities and street canstruction, and MNDOT specifications. The <br /> Developer shall submit plan� and specifications which have been prepared by a competent <br /> registered professianal engineer or other appropriate professional to the City for approval by the <br /> City Engineer. The City may, at the City's discretion and at the Developer's expense, have one <br /> or more City inspecfors and a soil engineer inspect the work for Public Improvemenfis. The <br /> Developer, its contractors and suliconiractors, shall follow al� reasonable instructions received <br /> from the City's inspectors. The Developer shall provide for on-site project management for the <br /> Public �tnprovements. The Developer is responsible for design changes and contract <br /> administration between tha Developer and the Developer's contractar. The Developer shall <br /> schedule a pre-constnxction meeting at a mutually agreeable time with the City and a11 parties <br /> concerned, including the City staff, to review the program for the constnxction work. � <br /> � B. PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS: The Developer sha11 install and pay for <br /> the following Private Improvements within the Plat as follows: <br /> 1. Sanitary Sewer Service <br /> 2. Water Service <br /> 3.
