Lot Width: 60 feet @ OHWL and 65 feet @ 75'setback Application Summary: The applicant is requesting lot width variance and 75'-250' and 250'-500' � zone hardcover variances in order to construct a new residence and new detached garage on their property as follows: 1. A lot width variance for a lot 60 feet in width at the OHWL and 65 feet at the 75'setback where 100 feet is required; 2. A variance to allow 29.72% hardcover within the 75'-250' zone where 25% is normally allowed and 32%currently exists; and 3. A variance to allow 34.6% hardcover in the 250'-500' zone where 30% is normally allowed and 36J%currently exists.
