The fence on the western side of the property would also include gxeen mesh <br /> so the traffic on Old Crystal Bay Rd would not be able to view the outdoor storage. <br /> We are thrilled to have a tenant at Crystal Bay that is actually looking to grow and take more space within the <br /> business park. These tenants are few and far between in this market, especially in areas where there is not a <br /> large industrial presence.
