1 t� � � • <br /> Finally, Ordinance No. 132, 2"d Series adopted January 23, 1995 was a complete overhaul of the <br /> B-2 District standards, and for the first time, "Rental of in-water boat slips"became a perxnitted <br /> use in the B-2 District, where such use had not previously appeared as a permitted, accessory or <br /> conditional use. This is significant in that such use is allowed specifically in the B-2 and not in <br /> other districts, so the use functionally became prohibited in all other districts. <br /> Conclusion: From 1962 through 1994, one or two boats not belonging to the <br /> owner/renter/occupant could be stored at a residential dock in a residential zone. Starting in <br /> 1995, no boats not belonging to the owner/renter/occupant of a property could be stored. that is <br /> still the case today. <br />
