Fabric or plastic underlayment � <br /> should be removed from all landscape azeas on the property in order to reduce hardcover. <br /> Thiesse asked whether any of the roads are private. <br /> Curtis indicated they are all private. . <br /> Thiesse asked whether the City has any intention of increasing the size of Wildhurst. <br /> Gaffron stated it is fully developed at this time and that he does not anticipate any further development. <br /> Levang noted the house is located very close to the road and that there does not appear to be a ditch in <br /> that area. <br /> Curtis indicated there is a shallow ditch depicted on the survey. <br /> Thiesse stated the more important issue is the drainage between this property and the boulder wall on the <br /> . adjoining property.
