Certificate of Survey. The City received one copy of the survey dated August 6, 2015 for each property. <br /> Please submit an additional copy of the survey for each lot(2 for each property). <br /> 2. Proof of Ownership. According to Hennepin County, Casco Ventures, LLC is not the property owner. <br /> Please provide a copy of the deed showing proof of ownership. <br /> 3. Zoning Disclosure Form. Please have the property owner sign to acknowledge receipt of the enclosed <br /> Zoning Disclosure Forms (2) and return the forms to me. A copy of the signed disclosure forms will be <br /> provided at the time of demo permit issuance. <br /> 4. Escrow & Escrow Agreement. Permits involving grading and/or review by the City's engineer require <br /> submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee <br /> reimbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additionally <br /> this escrow will guarantee conformance with Ciry Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and <br /> stormwater. The required escrow amount for this project is $2,500. The escrow agreement tied to both <br /> PIDs is enclosed. The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a single check for <br /> $2,500. *Note: at the time of building permit issuance for each lot, separate escrows will be required. <br /> Please be aware, if the properties are to be developed separately it will be necessary for the City to assign a new <br /> address to the property consisting of Lots 8&9, Block 3, Casco Heights. Please advise as to your intent to develop <br /> the properties priorto submittal of building permits so the necessary paperwork may be completed. <br /> Lastly,your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's(MCWD) permitting requirements; please <br /> contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note, the City of Orono will not issue a <br /> building permit without a copy of MCWD permits or documentation from the MCWD stating the proposed project <br /> does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. The above information is required in order for the plan <br /> review to continue.
