Staff has conducted a preliminary review based <br /> on the information provided and requests the following be submitted in order for your application to be considered <br /> completed and for our review to continue: <br /> • There are two property identification numbers (PIN) associated with 2750 Casco Point Road. Please clarify <br /> which PIN is associated with your project. Are you demolishing the home?garage?or both? <br /> • Please submit a survey, aerial photo or sketch plan showing all structures, noting which structures are to be <br /> demolished and showing proposed erosion control measures. <br /> • A signed escrow agreement was submitted, but no escrow money. Prior to issuance of the demolition permit a <br /> check for$2,500 must be received. <br /> • Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District's (MCWD) permitting requirements; please <br /> contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding your project. Please note, the City of Orono will not issue <br /> a demolition permit without a copy of MCWD permits or documentation from the MCWD stating the proposed <br /> project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br /> • Zoning Disclosure Form. Once we know which property the demolition is associated with a Zoning Disclosure <br /> Form will be created. The property owner will be required to sign a Zoning Disclosure Form and return it to the <br /> City. <br /> Please note,the sewer must be discontinued at the City service by a qualified contractor before the demolition permit is <br /> issued. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
