Dear City of Orono Planning and Zoning Department <br /> We purchased the property located at 140 Leaf Street in February 2016 and we <br /> are now looking to make some minor improvements. Our project is to fix our <br /> deck and the goal is two fold. The first goal is to make our deck safe as the <br /> current structure is rotting. The second is to make our home more visually <br /> appealing by adding another dimension.
