Bven with redox features deeper <br /> than 12 inches Minnesota Rules Chapter 7080.1720 subpart 5 E2&F.3 state that no soi!credit <br /> shoulci be taken. <br /> It is my professional opinion that this site will either need to be seri�ed by a 3' clean sand lift <br /> mound or a holding tank systen�.
