Some of this "crediY'will be used to <br /> partially satisfy the mitigation requirements. The remainder will be satisfied by creating additional <br /> wetland and wetland buffer adjacent to the wetland and wetland buffer west of Old Long Lake Road that <br /> were created as mitigation for the 2009 project. <br /> The 2009 proposal includes a mitigation area on the east edge of the course adjacent to the Ferndale <br /> Green neighborhood. The country club proposes to abandon this mitigation area, substituting the <br /> mitigation credit it has elsewhere on the properly. The project requires approval from the Minnehaha <br /> Creek Watershed District. <br /> Planning Staff recommends approval subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Provision of a flowage and conservation easement and restrictive covenant over the wetland and <br /> wetland buffer. <br /> 2. Provision of an additional$1,500 escrow and a revised escrow agreement for this project and <br /> the 09-3392 project to guarantee establishment of the buffers and compliance with code <br /> requirements,including providing the City with legal descriptions of the wetlands and wetland <br /> buffers. <br /> 3.
