Representing Staff were Planning and Zoning Coordinator Melanie Curtis, <br /> Planner Evelyn Turner, and Recorder Jackie Young. Council Member James White was present. <br /> Chair Kang called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.,followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Item No 4 was added to the Consent Agenda and Item No. 9 was deleted from the Consent Agenda. <br /> Chair Kang opened the public hearing for Item Nos. 2, 3,4, and 7 at 6:33 p.m. <br /> There were no public comments concerning these items. <br /> Chair Kang closed the public hearing at 6:34 p.m. <br /> Berg moved,Schoenzeit seconded,to approve the Consent Agenda as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 6, <br /> Nays 0. <br /> *1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> Berg moved,Schoenzeit seconded,to approve the minutes of the November 16,2010,Planning <br /> Commission as submitted.
