After the lot line rearrangement, the finro lots will remain conforming. The
proposal to move the common (side) lot line closer to the home at 2990 Sussex results
in a side setback of 34 feet which remains conforming.
Issues for Consideration
1. The City Engineer has recommended the existing common lot line utility and
drainage easements be abandoned and new easements be established at the
proposed common lot line.
2. Are there any issues or concerns with this application?
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the lot line rearrangement provided the lot line drainage
and utility easements are handled as the City engineer specifies. As this is a lot line
rearrangement which results in a no additional lots, no park fee or stormwater trunk fee
will be required.
