<br /> The Local Plan must include strategies and specific steps for the achievement of the following
<br /> load reductions assigned to the City of Orono. These strategies may include operational, land
<br /> use, and capital improvements implemented since 2000, and those planned for the future. The
<br /> Plan must also include a provision for annually reporting progress towards this goal. �
