I do however have several <br /> concerns about the management of the construction project itself and the extra parking � <br /> which will take place. • <br /> . During the last project on this stretch of road, (1983 Fagerness Point Road)which ran . <br /> from approximately July 2009 until late this spring there were numerous issues with <br /> getting up and down the road and with the amount of mud and dirt that was present on the <br /> road. I will say that while Michael Ga11us Construction was actively on the site there <br /> , were few problems. However once the major house construction was complete a <br /> landscape group took over.' From that point on there were many times when we could not <br /> drive out the road because they blocked us in with trucks and trailers. On top of that the <br /> road was a muddy mess for several months. I cannot even guess how much mud and dirt <br /> washed into the lake. There were a couple of times when I saw the Watershed District <br /> out to make them put back up the mud fences. <br /> I have two request for this project. <br /> The road is very narrow in front of this project. It is several feet less in width than fiu-ther <br /> up the road. On the south end of this property the road turns into a private drive which <br /> can be difficult to get in and out of if vehicles are parked on the road. I would request <br /> that there be no parking on_the road in front of this properly. In addition I would like to <br /> understand why trailer parking is allowed on the this road at a11. A number of years ago <br /> the city banned trailer parking on Fagerness from County Rd 19 to Webb. The road along <br /> the stretch from 19 to the end of the pazk is probably at least 25%wider than the road at <br /> this end of the point. If the road isn't wide enough to handle trailers at the beginni.ng of <br /> Fagerness Point it sure isn't wide enough when you get down to this end. <br /> My second request is that the road be kept clean of mud and dirt. If that means having a <br /> � street sweeper there on daily basis then that is what should be done. <br /> � Thank you for your consideration in this matter. <br /> Guy Milliren . � <br /> �� . <br />
