However, the lot of record shall not be more <br /> intensely developed unless combined with one or more abutting lots or portions <br /> so asto create a lot meeting the requirements of this chapter. <br /> Sec. 78-350. Area, height, lot width and yard requirements. <br /> (a) Height. No structure or building in the LR-1C district shall exceed 2 1/2 <br /> stories and shall not exceed 30 feet in height except as provided in section 78-1366. <br /> b Lots.
