In addition, all utility crossings should be identified. <br /> • The existing utility services to the site should be abandoned. <br /> • Invert elevations and pipe info, such as type, size, and slope should be provided for all <br /> proposed roof drain pipe. <br /> • The connection to the existing sanitary sewer through the installation of a drop manhole <br /> should be in accordance with the Orono Standard Detail Plate provided. <br /> • Proof of temporary construction easements will be necessary for any work occurring on <br /> neighboring property. Easements wili be necessary for the sanitary sewer connection <br /> and may be necessary for the watermain connection on the east side of Shadywood <br /> Road. <br /> • Hennepin County permits will be required for the watermain installation under <br /> Shadywood Road. Any conditions of the permits will need to be followed. � <br /> • If CB-2 is necessary, the outlet pipe slope should be reduced to 1% in order to minimize <br /> the discharge velocity. <br /> t Street/Parking Lot/Landscaping <br /> < • All aggregate base material should be 100% crushed lime rock. <br /> � • A geotechnical report, R-value recommendation, and pavement design should be <br /> ' submitted for review and approval. <br /> • Plans should be submitted to Hennepin County for review and approval as part of the <br /> Entrance Permit process. <br /> • Plans should be submitted to the Fire Marshal for review and approvaL <br /> • An underground irrigation system_should be provided for all landscaped areas, except <br /> those areas to be left in a natural state. Easements allowing access to <br /> the filtration basins must also be provided. <br /> • Utilities, parking lots, buildings, and other topography information should be removed , <br /> from the preliminary plat drawing to more clearly show lot lines and easements. <br /> General <br /> • The proposed improvements will disturb more than one acre. This will require a permit � <br /> from the MPCA. . <br /> ' • Once the plans have been compieted we wili prepare an estimated cost for the site <br /> improvements as a basis for the necessary financial guarantee. <br />
