The <br /> updated plans now show the location of the trash enclosure and are dated 4-26-10. We have the <br /> following comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The previous plan set dated 9-16-09 was acceptable from an engineering standpoint and <br /> the only addition to the current set is the trash enclosure. This addition will not affect <br /> drainage or site grading to any measurable degree. The plans are acceptable from an <br /> engineering standpoint. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 25, but less than 100 cubic yard of material. . <br /> Sediment and erosion control information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code <br /> 79-7(c)(1) must be submitted.
