During the May work session the general consensus of <br /> the Planning Commission to proceed with Option 1 which simply removes the number of stories <br /> limitation as it was the simplest approach. If, after additional discussion and public feedback,the <br /> Planning Commission continues to find Option 1 as the best option staff should be directed to <br /> draft an ordinance reflecting Option 1 for the City Council's consideration. <br />
