Description of Request p� �h��t B <br /> We are requesting the fallowing variances: <br /> • Setback off Dickenson�e reduced to 20' <br /> • Setback off Keene be reduced to 30' <br /> • lnterior lot line sett�ack reduced to 14' <br /> The neighborhood homes are a mix of distances ofF Dickenson and Keene and many do not meet the <br /> setback requirements currently in place.
