Does the Commission find it necessary to impose conditions in order to mitigate the impacts <br /> created by the granting of the requested variance(s)? <br /> 4. Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> Planning Staff Recommendation <br /> Staff recommends approval of the average setback variances. If the Planning Commission finds practical <br /> difficulties supporting granting lake setback and hardcover variances a recommendation for approval <br /> would be appropriate. The property must conform to the septic system codes; the building permits are <br /> subject to approval by the Building Official. <br />
