PC Exhibit B <br /> Sec. 78-1. - Definitions. <br /> Hardcover means a hard surface that prevents or retards entry of water into the soil and causes <br /> water to run off the surface in greater quantities and at an increased rate of flow than prior to <br /> development. Hardcover shall include but not be limited to the following: all building footprints, <br /> driveways, sidewalks, stepping stones, retaining walls, patios, courts (sport, tennis, etc.), decks, <br /> pools, areas used for the extended outdoor storage of vehicles or equipment, and all other similar <br /> features or surFaces as determined by the city engineer or city planner. <br /> Yard, lakeshore, means a yard lying between the natural ordinary high water rnark on the lakeshore <br /> and the required lakeshore setback line, for the full width of the lot. <br /> Sec. 78-1211. — Definitions. <br /> Shore setback zone means land located between the ordinary high water level of a public water and <br /> a line parallel to it at the structure setback. [Defined by 78-1279] <br /> Sec. 78-1279. - Placement of structures on lots <br /> When more than one setback applies to a site, structures and facilities must be located to meet <br /> all setbacks.
