Permitted lorations:fn areas of the city where smaller single-family detached dwelling lots will allow for clustering to <br /> preserve slgniflcant natural features,or in areas where a mixture of higher density attached dwellings and lower <br /> density detached single-family dwellings will result in a development that does not exceed the overall gulded dens(ry. <br /> b. Mlnlmum SFR lot size:15,OOD square feet. <br /> c. Mfnlmum lot wldth at the setback line:90 feet <br /> d. MEnimum lot depth: 125 feet <br /> e. Minimum front yard setback:25 feet on fnternal streets wlthin the RPUD site.On exterlor or through streets a setback <br /> of 35 feet must be provided on lotal streets and a 50-foot setback on collector or arterial streets,as defined in the <br /> comprehensive plan. <br /> f. Minimum side yard setback:ten feet along interior lot lines;l5 feet on 1ot lines along the exterior of the RPUD slte. <br /> Side yards abutting streets must meet the mtnlmum front yard setbacks as noted[n subsection(8)e of this sec#ion. <br /> Structures In side yards abutting another residential zoning district shall meet the side yard setback requfrement af <br /> the adJacent zoning distrlct <br /> g.
